During your free trial period, you will receive an email from SnapHour with payment instructions. If you would like to continue using your SnapHour account after the trial period ends, you will need to make the first payment before the end of the trial period.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes, you can cancel your SnapHour account at any given time. After canceling your account, you will not be billed by us ever again.
Can I upgrade / downgrade my account? Does this cost extra?
You can either upgrade or downgrade your SnapHour account at any given time and you won't be charged a dime extra for it. After upgrading or downgrading, your next invoice will show the amount corresponding with your new account.
When I upgrade / downgrade, does the 30-day free trial apply again?
No, unfortunately the 30-day free trial only applies to new registrations; after upgrading or downgrading you will be invoiced for the amount corresponding to your new account.
